Another Step Toward Autonomous Chemical Process Management

We are proud to announce the successful installation of the Titrabox Autonomous Chemical Analysis System at the Bosch Rexroth production facility.

This deployment represents another significant milestone in our mission to advance autonomous chemical process management through AI-powered analytical technologies. By integrating intelligent chemical analysis directly into the production environment, Titrabox enables manufacturers to achieve higher process reliability, greater operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.

The first phase of the project focuses on fully automated chemical analysis. Titrabox continuously monitors critical process parameters, performs precise analytical measurements, and provides reliable real-time process data without the need for manual sampling or operator intervention.

In the next phase, the system will transition from autonomous analysis to autonomous process control by automatically dosing process chemicals based on analytical results. This closed-loop approach is designed to improve process stability, optimize chemical consumption, reduce operating costs, and ensure consistent production quality.

At Titrabox, we believe the future of industrial manufacturing lies in intelligent systems capable of analyzing process conditions, learning from operational data, and taking autonomous actions. Our vision is to transform traditional chemical process management into a fully digital, self-optimizing, and sustainable operation powered by artificial intelligence.

We sincerely thank the Bosch Rexroth team for their trust, collaboration, and commitment throughout this project. We look forward to supporting their digital transformation journey and creating long-term value through innovative chemical process automation solutions.

The future of autonomous manufacturing is already taking shape today—and we are proud to be part of it.
