Automation of E-Coat and Chemical Bath Dosing at Teknorot with Titrabox

Our team visited Teknorot today as part of the implementation of automated dosing operations for cathodic electrocoating (e-coat) baths using Titrabox.

With our system managing the resin and paste dosing lines, the dosing processes are now operating fully autonomously based on real-time solids content and ash content analysis results, eliminating the need for manual intervention or operator handling.

The project will continue with the integration of phosphate bath and activation bath analysis and dosing applications. All operations across these three process baths will be centrally managed through a single Titrabox analyzer.
