From Analysis to Autonomy: Advancing AI-Driven Chemical Process Management at Renault Bursa
We have initiated the first phase of our project at the Renault Bursa plant with copper analysis applications. It is both rewarding and inspiring to witness an idea that originated around a discussion table years ago being implemented at another facility of one of the world's leading automotive manufacturers.
Our initial objective is to develop and validate the machine learning model for copper analysis, enabling a more intelligent and autonomous analytical process. In the next phase, we aim to establish a fully autonomous chemical process management system in which chemical dosing is optimized and controlled automatically based on analysis results.
The true value of artificial intelligence in manufacturing extends beyond making decisions instead of people. Its greatest strength lies in its ability to apply the knowledge and expertise accumulated over many years continuously, consistently, and reliably, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We would like to express our sincere appreciation to the Renault team and to all our colleagues whose dedication and expertise have contributed to the realization of this project.
Our journey toward autonomous manufacturing continues with determination.
