Titrabox Project: Transition to Autonomous Chemical Process Management at Renault Facilities

This week, we are starting the installation of Titrabox at Renault facilities. This project is not only the deployment of a new analyzer system, but also a strategic step toward AI-driven, autonomous, and data-oriented chemical process management.

Decision mechanisms that have traditionally relied on operator experience in laboratory analysis and dosing processes are being transferred into AI-based systems. This enables a continuous loop of sampling, analysis, and automatic dosing, creating a self-optimizing process structure.

With Titrabox, our primary goals are to improve process stability, optimize chemical consumption, minimize quality fluctuations, and reduce the routine workload of laboratory teams.

Seeing an idea evolve from a laboratory environment into a solution generating value at one of the world’s leading automotive manufacturers is a strong source of motivation for our team.

We sincerely thank all our team members, business partners, and the Renault team for their trust and collaboration. The next step is commissioning the system and ensuring maximum value creation in real production conditions.
