Titrabox and EAE Aydınlatma Strengthen Autonomous Chemical Process Management Collaboration

We were pleased to visit the EAE Aydınlatma facility, where the recently commissioned Titrabox Autonomous Chemical Analysis and Dosing Platform is now actively operating within production processes.

During the visit, EAE Aydınlatma Production Manager Ramazan ALTINTAŞ and Paint Shop Chief Yücel Karakuş hosted our Chairman of the Board, Hüseyin POLAT, together with our Chief Product Officer, Aydin Yuvali. The teams jointly reviewed the live operation of the Titrabox platform on-site and evaluated the operational results achieved following commissioning.

The meetings provided a valuable opportunity to assess the benefits already realized through the platform, including enhanced process stability, autonomous operational capabilities, real-time monitoring, and increased transparency in chemical management processes. The system’s reliable continuous operation and the confidence it has established within production environments stood out as key outcomes of the deployment.

We would like to sincerely thank the EAE team for their innovative vision, strong collaboration, and commitment throughout this exemplary digital transformation project. The rapid and successful commissioning process was recognized by all parties as a significant achievement.

In addition to reviewing the current implementation, the visit also enabled productive discussions regarding the future of intelligent autonomous systems in industrial manufacturing. Key topics included AI-supported process optimization, continuous analysis and dosing strategies, advanced reporting infrastructures, and the long-term potential of data-driven autonomous production systems.
